Request deletion of your MONDY customer data

If you have used Facebook/Meta sign-in with MONDY and would like to request deletion of the personal data associated with your MONDY customer account, please follow the steps below.

  1. Email support@mondy78.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request – Facebook Login.
  2. Send your request from the email address associated with your MONDY customer account, where possible. Include your name and the email address used to sign in so we can locate the correct account.
  3. Tell us that you would like the personal data associated with your MONDY account and Facebook sign-in deleted. Do not include your password or login codes.

We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing your request. Our support team will respond with the next steps and confirm the outcome of your request.

These instructions concern data held by MONDY. They do not delete your Facebook or Meta account. For questions about your request, contact support@mondy78.com.
